About Us
Synergy Expert Solutions was founded by Dr S (Shiva) Shivathaya in 2002 to provide EHS and other sustainability solutions. Dr Shiva started working in the area of SAP EHS in 2000 and since then has successfully implemented EHS/EHSM, EC and GRC RM/PC systems in a diverse range of organisations including the Public, Mining, Energy sectors, Federal Government departments as well as Manufacturing organisations.
Dr Shiva has over 33 years of experience in manufacturing,
information technology and research areas. The experience includes over 15 years of SAP EHS experience in successfully leading project teams in designing, supporting and implementing SAP EHS / EHSM, EC and GRC RM/PC solutions. With sound experience in implementing and supporting EHS / EHSM solutions, Synergy Expert Solutions has expertise to review existing EHS solutions and recommend best practice innovative solutions especially in incident and hazard management domains.
Educational qualifications of Dr Shivathaya includes a doctorate from Wollongong University as well as Masters from Indian Institute of Technology in Production Engineering and Master of Technology Management from the University of Western Sydney.
